It has a single bed, small desk, small chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe Rent is £575 per calendar month, paid in advance, and includes all bills, BT fibre broadband, and a cleaner for the common areas once a week. There a 1 month deposit, and there is no minimum stay, you just need to give a month’s notice before you leave. The Flat is an ex-local authority 3 bedroom maisonette, refurbished 7 years ago so it’s comfortable and fairly new. We have a good size eat-in kitchen, lounge with sky, sunny patio garden, bathroom and a separate toilet. The flat is located in a low-rise block which is safe and quiet. You will sharing with 2 other guys, ages 35 and 31, both Spanish,professionals, sociable, easy-going and reasonably clean. I’m gay, my flat mate is straight, and we’re happy either way . Note that I am the owner of the place and I live here, so it will be sharing with the landlord, however on a daily basis we’re all equal flatmates. The flat is very central, located on Black Prince road, 3 mins walk from the river and within 10 minutes walk to either Vauxhall, Kennington or Lambeth north tubes, 15 mins walk to Waterloo. Buses 3 and 159 stop less than 5 minutes away, and take about 15 mins to central London. There is a big Tesco supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the flat, and there is a good selection of pubs and restaurants in Kennington cross, just 5 minutes walk down the road, plus a good number of bars and clubs around Vauxhall station.
